The presenting skills course and your trainer:
Limited to just 3 attendees, this training is individualized. Each practice is videoed and you'll receive personal exercises for your public speaking skills development.
You'll be trained by Kimberly VanLandingham, CEO of European Market Link Sàrl, consultant, trainer, and keynote speaker. She brings theory into the real world, with 12 years as a presentation trainer and 20+ years with DuPont Company as a global business manager, regional manager, and technology manager. Her speaking experience includes TV, radio, large events, and as a keynote speaker. Kimberly has degrees in communications (MACCC) and engineering (BSEE), and trains TEDx speakers. She is a native English speaker who specialises in working with those working internally and speaking English as a second language.
Advanced presenter skills training approach:
Topics depend on you and the other 2 attendee's presenting needs. The trainer rotates between the 3 attendees to provide individual feedback and exercises. And sometimes, she covers topics for the group. Advanced presenter skills may include a broad range of topics, such as the following:
- Advanced use of body language, voice, the stage, and virtual tools
- Preparation and persuasion strategies to get results.
- Storytelling, and other powerful presenting tools.
- Words that work, and those that don't (Rhetoric tools to refine your style)
- Impromptu speaking
You will leave with several specific tools and exercises to take your next presentation from good to great!
