Public speaking can cause stress, panic-attacks, and even black-outs; otherwise known as stage fright. Fortunately, there’s help with effective fear management techniques.
We teach you the latest skills and techniques to manage your stress and fear to deliver outstanding presentations. Using positive and research-based cognitive behavioral and mindfulness tools and skills, you will learn to (1) recognize the cause and indicators of stage fright, (2) understand the psychosomatic processes, and (3) control your mental, physical, and behavioral responses in front of a crowd. Training can also help you manage others at important events.
Fear-management tools are provided individually and remotely via net-meeting in 1-hour sessions, with a minimum of 2 sessions recommended. Training content and time are tailored to the individual and situation. These sessions are facilitated by Kelly Griffiths, LLB (Hons), CBH DIP, GQHP, a cognitive behavioral hypnotherapist and former corporate lawyer, who understands the importance of managing public-speaking stress.
